Delivery charges

I mainly use Royal Mail and just charge you what the postage costs. I occasionally use Evri for large canvas prints as they are the cheapest.
Postage is based on weight and size and ranges from 75p for one coaster/card (2nd Class), £3.00 for a mug (2nd class) (small parcel) £4.49 for an A3 mounted print (2nd class) to a max of £9.49 for large. You can also upgrade to 1st class postage on all products.

Terms of Sale

Any issue with any products must be notified to the seller within 7 days and returned within 14 days at buyers cost (unless damaged in transit or the issue is the fault of the seller)
​There can be no returns in the case of personalised products, unless the fault of the seller. And no returns on products that have been ordered for the buyer unless the fault of the seller.
Please allow 5-7 working days delivery for bespoke products
Please allow 4-7 working days for delivery for stock products like cards, mugs, calendars etc…
I do post out most days so I will always try and post the following day if goods are in stock. If an item is urgent leave a note on check out and I will try to get it out the following day.

Paula Beaumont Adventures can take no responsibility for items that take longer to deliver due to Royal Mails busy times like Christmas (or a global pandemic, or no HGV drivers, or no fuel… you get the picture ? )
