Roseberry Topping may not be the biggest hill you’ll ever see, but it will certainly be one of the most distinctive. With its half-cone summit and jagged cliff, some say it reminds them of the Matterhorn in Switzerland.
I’ve wanted this shot for a long time. It’s taken near the Captain Cooks monument on the Cleveland Way and I wanted the heather showing so could only be taken in August! The first time I went I walked three miles in the wrong direction lol. The second time, last year the weather was dreadful and there was no sunset. This year I finally got what I wanted!! ♥
