Richmond Falls – River Swale, North Yorkshire
Just a short walk from the centre of Richmond, these lovely waterfalls are one of the town’s best-known spots.
The River Swale tumbles over a series of limestone ledges before continuing downstream, with woodland lining the riverbanks.
Richmond is one of my favourite North Yorkshire market towns, and the falls are well worth a visit.
