I couldn’t resist this photograph of three Highland cows wandering down the road between Malham and Settle in the Yorkshire Dales.
I’d spotted them coming towards me and decided to wait until they reached the Passing Place sign. I waited and waited, hoping they’d all line up in just the right spot, and thankfully they obliged!
I just thought the whole thing was hilarious. Three Highland cows taking up the entire road, right next to a sign telling everyone where to pass. Sometimes you just have to be patient to get the photograph you want!
